*Trash collection for Ulmstead Gardens is currently Monday and Thursday mornings but will be changing on August 4th, 2008; Tuesdays trash & Fridays recycling, yard waste and trash. * Homeowners selling or transferring their property are required to purchase a Certification Package. Please use the “contact us” page to receive yours.
* Please respect speed limits.
* All dogs must be on a leash and their waste should be cleaned up immediately! If you see a violation, please provide the address of the person(s) with the unleashed pets to the Board. The Board can send a letter to them. A complaint from three or more different homeowners is required for the Board to levy a fine. You may also file an affidavit with Anne Arundel County ; that is available on http://www.aacounty.org/AnimalControl/affidavitCitation.cfm .
* When the snow accumulates 2 inches or over, the Parking Committee Chair will call the approved contractor to come and clear the parking lots.
